Alexandre Luna is an adjunct professor and researcher at the Center for Applied Social Sciences (CCSA) at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in Brazil. He holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Informatics Center at UFPE, with a one-year sandwich period at The University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada. He founded and leads the Agile Governance Research Lab – AGRLab (agilegovernance.org) and the FREVO-Fostering Research on Management and InnoVatiOn (frevo.org); and contributes to the following research groups: NEPSI/CCSA; GP2/CIn; and TIS/Clinics Hospital-UFPE. He is interested in the following lines of research: agile governance, agile enterprise, game-based learning, innovation management, software engineering, global software development, digital health, project management, and socio-technical factors on organizational transformations.

Marcelo Marinho is an adjunct professor and researcher at the Department of Computer Science (DC) at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco in Brazil (UFRPE). He was a post-doctoral researcher at Lero - the Irish Software Research Centre at the University of Limerick. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2015) from the Informatics Centre at the Federal University of Pernambuco (CIn-UFPE) in the Software Project Management area. He has a Master’s in Computer Science (2010) from the University Federal of Pernambuco (UFPE) and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Pernambuco. He has been working in the Software Engineering field for 16 years. Besides, he has an interest in the following lines of research: software engineering, global software development, agile methodologies, software project management, and human and social factors of software engineering.
